Our ideal flat is GONE! What a great defeat. Can you imagine when we were about to go withdraw £1100 deposit for the landlord from the nearest atm, the previous viewing bunch that left just 10 minutes ago had returned with their cheque books in hands. =_=
Sigh, speaking of 'Kiasu-ness' of the angmohs.
Lesson learnt: 'Rules for flat-viewing #101' -- NEVER forget your cheque book.
Another woe of the day: after so much anticipation and planning for the trip to the 'world-top 3-prettiest-diving-island' - Sipadan, sad to say, it has to be called off. Airasia will be laughing their way to the bank for idiots like us, to have all the flights booked and paid for already, yet has decided to miss them intentionally. Disappointment to the max.
If you were to wonder why, the reason behind is simply psychogenic. Someone from our travelteam had repeatedly dreamt of herself died from diving in Sipadan, for a few nights recently. So, she decided to pull out. Well, what can we say right? It isn't like we are supertitious or what, (since people always say if it's a bad dream, after you mention it to someone else, it is unlikely to come true), the fact has that it's still not a good omen afterall. well, *shrug shrug* What to do? Better believe lor.
..... so, no more turtles and nemos this summer >_<
